About our editor
Peter Jordan is a Sydney writer and editor. He has worked for SBS and ABC radio in news and current affairs, and produced documentaries for ABC Radio National. He has written on jazz for a variety of publications, including The Sydney Morning Herald and Rolling Stone, and held editorial positions at Fairfax Digital and Hutchison Telecoms. He was founding vice-president of the Sydney Improvised Music Association (SIMA).

Thanks for your interest in joining the national jazz website jazz.org.au.
By following this simple online signup process, you will then be able to add and edit your own profile, add gigs and submit news to the site. The site is the only national interactive space for jazz in the country, and through development of its mailing lists, site content and international promotion, it is a great way to get your message across to the national jazz community.
And best of all, membership of jazz.org.au is FREE.
Once you have completed the signup process, you will receive an email asking you to validate your membership, which you can do by simply clicking on the link. The site manager will then send you an email indicating that your membership has been approved, and you will be able to submit info and news to the site.

Note All site content is moderated by national and state content managers, and any material that is inappropriate to the site will not be approved.
