The John Mackey Quartet; A Capital Jazz Project.

John Mackey Tenor saxophonist and composer, is recognised nationally and internationally as a powerhouse performer. Armed with an impassioned tone and a Coltranesque melodic concept he has performed with international jazz greats Ray Charles, BB King, and many more.

Andy Butler, a young and exciting pianist and composer based in Canberra has performed alongside a number of leading Australian musicians. Bassist, Rohan Dasika has performed with top Australian jazz artists and the Melbourne, Sydney and Canberra Symphony Orchestras. Mark Sutton has played with the 'who's who' from the Australian Jazz scene.
