Our Music Vision and delivery fall into simple formula:
Stillness + Silence + Sounds + Style = Synergy
I am new to the Australian Jazz Market but what I have experienced so far through visiting many performances, Jazz Jams, Graduation Recitals etc, Jazz Voicing in Australia needs to get out of established stereotype.
Jazz Voicing needs to step towards intelligent musicianship and alternative styling. Voice must be professionally played on equal and interdependent levels with any other band instruments.
Scatting and art of free voice improvisations must be professionally taught, developed and supported.
My mission is to break all possible stereotypes in considering Jazz voicing “second class” music intelligence and to deliver UNIQUE perception on Jazz Voice Possibilities.
