Congratulations Viktor! On the Queen’s Birthday Honours list, Viktor Zappner was awarded an OAM. The award is for service to the arts through the introduction and promotion of Jazz in the North- West. Viktor moved to Burnie in 1979 from Czechoslovakia and leapt straight into the Tasmanian Jazz scene.
