MP3 submission

The recordings section of the site enables you to upload MP3 files directly to the site. It is at your own discretion whether or not to include tracks, and whether these are edited or full versions.

Tracks submitted are provided on a royalty-free basis and will be used for general promotional purposes only, including inclusion on your artist or group profile page, feature tracks and internet broadcasting.

By submitting your tracks, you therefore agree that your tracks are provided for streaming audio and download purposes on a royalty free basis.

Jazz Australia

The trading style Jazz Australia is used with the permission of respective business name owners in Western Australia and Victoria, and does not represent a business entity. The Jazz Australia Project is managed by the Jazz Coordination Association of Western Australia, Inc. [JAZZWA], owners of the domain name www.jazz.org.au.

Privacy

When visiting the Jazz Australia web site our server makes a record of your visit and logs the following information:

• your browser’s internet address;
• the date and time of your visit to the site;
• the pages you accessed and documents downloaded;
• the previous site visited;

• the username entered if accessing a restricted site.
